GIFCompact is a set of free GIF tools that run entirely in your browser. Files you open are processed on your device and never uploaded.

• Gifsicle by Eddie Kohler (GPL-2.0), run unmodified as WebAssembly via gifsicle-wasm-browser (MIT). Source: github.com/kohler/gifsicle.
• gifuct-js (MIT) and gifenc (MIT) for decoding and encoding.
